Sensphere — Global GHG Emissions Explorer

Multi-source greenhouse gas dataset consolidation and exploratory analysis — comparing industrial GHG contributions by country and sector where no single combined resource previously existed.

Greenhouse gas data exists across many disconnected public sources but nowhere consolidated with practical, comparable metrics. Sensphere aggregates these datasets, applies data cleaning and EDA in Python and Excel, and surfaces the results through a Tableau dashboard — letting users compare which industries drive specific GHG emissions across countries. The project is actively expanding toward sub-national granularity (state, province, region) and a planned feature allowing manufacturers to input their own data and benchmark against their regional and national averages creating a full SaaS product.
