VeloTrack operated across both a physical store and e-commerce channel with three disconnected data sources — CRM, ERP, and in-store POS. Built a PostgreSQL data warehouse using a star schema ETL pipeline to consolidate and model the data into a single source of truth, designed for business scaling. Tableau dashboards surfaced actionable insights across sales performance, order trends, and basic customer demographics — replacing manual reporting with automated, query-ready analytics.
